A small lump in the testicle to the touch

If you feel a small bump on your testicles, then it is recommended to go to the hospital for relevant examinations to clarify the possible causes: i. Testicular inflammation, after the inflammation can appear local scar nodules, hard texture when touched, and generally no pain. However, in the acute inflammatory phase, local swelling can occur, accompanied by pain. Sometimes the spermatic cord is involved, and even pain in the groin area or small abdomen can occur. Ultrasound and blood tests of the testes are needed. 2. Epididymal nodules, commonly seen after epididymitis, appear as local scar nodules with a hard texture, sometimes adhering closely to the testes, which are not easy to distinguish, and ultrasound is needed to identify them. 3. Tuberculosis of the epididymis, which can also appear as local hard nodules adhering closely to the testes. It is also associated with vas deferens-like or pearl-like changes. Patients usually have a history of pulmonary or urinary tuberculosis; 4. Testicular tumors may appear as limited hardware, and the scope and volume of the nodules may gradually increase or expand, and whole testicular lesions may appear. It is accompanied by increased testicular density and hardened texture. Testicular CT examination is required and testicular tumor indexology testing is needed to further confirm the diagnosis.
