Follicular lymphoma is not a cancer, but a malignant tumor originating from lymphatic tissue. Generally speaking, cancer is only one of the malignant tumors, and cancer is a malignant tumor that originates from epithelial cells. Lymphoma, on the other hand, does not originate from epithelial cells, but from lymphatic tissue, which is not epithelial cells. The human body is covered with many lymphatic channels and lymph nodes, which are lymphatic systems formed by lymphatic tissues. Normal lymphocytes proliferate according to their physiological needs. These cells can also produce malignant lesions and will continue to proliferate abnormally. Malignant tumors of lymphocytic origin are also called malignant lymphomas, and there are many types of malignant lymphomas. Follicular lymphoma is a relatively common type of malignant lymphoma, but better yet, follicular lymphoma is one of the few malignant lymphomas that holds the promise of a complete cure. It is basically sensitive to radiotherapy, chemotherapy and a series of immunotherapy or targeted therapy, and it grows relatively slowly. The vast majority of follicular lymphomas can be cured or survive long term with effective treatment.
