What are the acupoints for liver support

Acupuncture points with liver nourishing effects are mainly based on the acupoints on the foot syncopal liver meridian, such as Dadun, Xingmai, Taichong, Zhongfeng, and so on. The Foot Convulsive Yin Liver Meridian is referred to as the Liver Meridian, which is one of the twelve meridians. Acupoints on the liver meridian are used to treat liver and gallbladder disorders, eye disorders, and disorders in the areas crossed by this meridian. There are 14 acupoints on one side of the Foot Convulsive Yin Liver Meridian (28 points on the left and right sides), including Dadun, Xingma, Taichong, Zhongfeng, Li Gou, Zhongdu, Kneoguan, Ququan, Yinbao, Wuli, Yinlian, Qiuzhu, Zhangmen, and Ximen. Most of the acupoints on the Foot Syncopal Liver Meridian have the effect of dispersing liver qi, clearing the liver and nourishing the liver. Tui na or acupuncture on the acupoints on this meridian is more effective in nourishing the liver, however, it needs to be operated by a specialized doctor. If a patient is examined for conditions such as liver depression, he or she should be treated with acupressure or acupuncture by a professional doctor and should not operate on his or her own.
