What are the latest drugs for advanced kidney cancer treatment

Although in the field of advanced kidney cancer, there are 7 drugs approved by the US FDA as targeted drugs. However, there are only 3 drugs available in China, and only 2 drugs approved by China’s Food and Drug Administration for advanced kidney cancer treatment: both are anti-VEGF class: 1. Sorafenib (Dodgemet); 2. Sunitinib (Sotan). The efficacy of these 2 drugs in the treatment of advanced kidney cancer is significantly better than the immunotherapy (interferon, interleukin-2, etc.) commonly used in the past, but they are more expensive, each course of treatment costs RMB 50,000 per month. Currently, after 3 courses of these 2 drugs, if the disease does not progress and the toxic side effects are tolerated, charitable gifts can be processed. Doxorubicin (sorafenib): the drug can be donated through the China Charity Federation; Sotan (sunitinib): the drug can be donated through the China Cancer Foundation.
