Proper Exercises for Frozen Shoulder

Exercise methods for frozen shoulder include pendulous swing training, distraction exercise and swing training.
1. Sagging and swinging training: in the forward-flexed position of the body, naturally sag the affected arm, relax the tendons around the joint, in this position, carry out swinging training around the arm, inside and outside, before and after, slowly increase the amplitude, record the time of swinging, after a moment’s rest, hold a dumbbell of 1 kg, and then carry out inside and outside, before and after, according to the same time of swinging, twice a day.
2. Drawing exercises: such as climbing stairs, gymnastic bars, climbing walls, hoops, etc., driven by the healthy limb, the affected arm alignment exercises, 10 minutes each time, 2 times a day, training attention, the need for light pain or pain-free range of activities, and at the same time with a good shoulder harness to minimize the activities of the shoulder girdle, each time the activity does not cause pain for.
3. Swinging training; bend over, hold the affected arm with the healthy hand and swing it (in 4 directions), and draw circles in clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
