There are three commonly used methods of examination for peristome mites, squeezing and scraping smear method, transparent tape method and squeezing and bonding method, if the result of peristome mite examination is in normal value, it mostly suggests that the skin is in a healthy state, if it shows abnormal result, it mostly suggests the existence of disease. Transparent tape paste method: After normal facial cleaning, use transparent tape to paste on the nose, nasal groove, forehead, cheek and chin of the face at night before going to bed, and then remove the tape and paste it on the slide in the next morning to observe under the microscope. The detection rate of hair follicle worm mites is related to the stickiness of the adhesive paper, the site, area and time of the paste. Squeeze bonding method: After sticking transparent tape on the examination site, then squeeze the tape sticky part with the thumb and remove the tape for microscopic examination. This method has a high detection rate. In addition, the condition can be confirmed by gastroscopy. Parents are advised to take their children to the dermatology department of a regular hospital for examination and to choose an appropriate treatment plan according to the examination results. 3.Symptom check The face is easily flushed and congested in the early stage, which will soon subside completely with effective treatment. If improperly treated, it causes redness at the tip of the nose and gradually expands to the cheeks, between the eyebrows, forehead and chin; finally it becomes a persistent erythema with dilated capillaries. Initial rosacea should be treated early.
