Myopia in one eye and normal vision in the other can be corrected by wearing glasses and surgery.
1. Wearing glasses: If the difference between the two eyes is not large, patients are advised to go to the hospital for optometry, and under the doctor’s guidance, they can choose to wear frames or contact lenses to correct the vision in one eye, so as to avoid the consequences of strabismus or amblyopia.
2. Surgical correction: If the patient is intolerant to wearing glasses or the difference between the two eyes is large, he/she can consider surgery to correct his/her eyesight, and common surgeries include full femtosecond laser, half-femtosecond laser, and crystalline lens replacement surgery.
Once patients find that one eye is nearsighted and the other is normal, it is recommended that they go to the hospital in time for systematic treatment under the guidance of doctors to help improve their vision.
