Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma belongs to a kind of inert lymphoma. The so-called inert lymphoma also means that the lymphoma develops more slowly and poses less threat to the human body. Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma can find three groups of cells in the bone marrow, one is lymphoma cells, one is plasma cells, and one is lymphoplasmacytic cells. The treatment of lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma mainly depends on whether there are any combined symptoms of lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma stage, such as anemia, renal hypofunction and whether there are B symptoms such as so-called fever, night sweats and weight loss. If there are no so-called B-symptoms mentioned above, we can adopt an observation and waiting strategy. If there are B symptoms such as fever, night sweats, weight loss, etc., and significant anemia, immunochemotherapy can be used.
