How to use the new crown self-test kit is as follows.
1. Before starting the test, you need to wash and dry your hands. Then we open the package and remove the components inside.
2. After removing the test card, place it on a clean and neat horizontal surface and mark the sample number clearly.
3. Pass through the round hole on the kit so that it forms a tube clamp and place the extraction tube on the clamp.
4. Remove the disposable swab from the package, taking care not to touch the swab head.
5. Gently insert the swab into the nostril to a depth of about 1.5 to 2.5 centimeters. The swab should be placed against the inner wall of the nasal cavity and rotated at least 5 times in the direction of circular motion and for not less than 15 seconds.
6. Slowly remove the swab from the nostril and place the swab into the other nostril and repeat the previous steps.
7. remove the swab and immediately immerse the swab head into the extraction solution, making at least 10 rotations immediately against the inner wall of the extraction tube.
8. Squeeze the swab along the inside of the tube for 15 seconds, leaving as much as possible in the tube, and then set the swab aside.
9. Then push the dropper tip firmly and cap the extraction tube tightly. After gently shaking 10 times, let it sit for about 1 minute.
10. Then proceed to invert the extraction tube and place the sample tube vertically one sample hole above the other. Place another 3 drops of sample into the sample hole on the test card and analyze the test results against the instructions for use.
Generally there are C line and T line, if the test result is only C line coloring, represents a negative; if the C line and the T line of the two bars of both coloring, represents a positive; if only the T line coloring or colorless, represents the result is invalid.
