Nosebleed mouth will spit blood, mainly consider the blood from the nasal cavity backflow into the oral cavity caused. It may be caused by more intense bleeding from the arteries in the nasal cavity, bleeding from the posterior end of the nasal cavity, and incorrect treatment.
1. Usually, if arterial bleeding occurs in the nasal cavity, the amount of bleeding is large in a short period of time, which sometimes causes part of the bleeding not only to flow out from the front nostril, but also may be accompanied by bleeding from the back nostril into the oral cavity, thus resulting in spitting out of the mouth.
2. If bleeding is more intense, or if there is bleeding from the back end of the nose, etc., it may cause a large amount of blood to flow into the nasopharynx due to the effect of gravity, thus causing the above symptoms.
3. If you are inexperienced in nosebleeds and don’t keep your head down in time, the bloody secretions can’t flow out of the front end of the nasal cavity in time, and if you tilt your head back in a way that will cause the nosebleed to flow backward into the mouth or even the pharynx, this will lead to reflexive vomiting, which will cause the above phenomena to appear.
If you have a nosebleed and vomit blood from the mouth, it is also recommended to go to the hospital in time and follow the doctor’s instructions.
