There are various sequelae of large burns, which are more related to the degree as well as depth of burns. Common sequelae are as follows: 1. After burns, especially deep burns can destroy skin appendages, such as sweat glands, sebaceous glands, hair follicles, etc. Due to the destruction of sweat glands, this kind of deep burn wound will not have sweating function after healing, and it will be very uncomfortable in summer; due to the destruction of sebaceous glands, the skin will be dry in the future; 2. In case of deep burns, in addition to difficulty in sweating and dry skin, there will be a lot of scar tissue. The performance of the scar itself is that the patient is painful and itchy, and the growth cycle of the scar is long, generally the scar proliferation tends to stabilize after about 1 year, but some patients have long scar proliferation time, even up to 3-5 years. If the scar crotch joint, there may be scar dysfunction, i.e. there will be problems with limb movement, arms and legs cannot be spread, and feet will have sagging; 3.
