Then people with qi deficiency are prone to shortness of breath at this time; people with bad heart are prone to sudden death at this time; people with low blood sugar are also prone to morbidity at this time. So people with the above-mentioned diseases should take medicine in advance, in order to safely pass the time of the son.  Mao time pay attention to the five diarrhea. Yang deficiency makes Yang unable to balance with Yin, and the common manifestation is “five-shift diarrhea”, i.e. diarrhea just after dawn, and there are often symptoms such as fear of cold and cold limbs. This is due to the deficiency of kidney yang and insufficient vital fire, which cannot warm the spleen and stomach. Patients should supplement more foods in the morning to improve the fear of cold body, such as mutton, goose, pigeon, wolfberry, leek, walnuts, black beans, chestnuts and so on. At the same time, the soup appropriate to put some pepper, stir-fry slightly put some chili, ginger, are conducive to nourishing Yang Qi.  You time to pay attention to prevent lung disease. Youji (17:00~19:00) should also be a balance of yin and yang, but many yin deficiency diseases often attack at this time. For example, pulmonary tuberculosis is mostly lung yin deficiency, and patients often feel dry mouth and fever in the evening, and their palms and feet are hot. At this time, we should give the patient some medicine to nourish Yin and clear the lung, such as maitake, lily of the valley, and silver fungus, etc., and the effect should be multiplied than other times.
