The patient also has congestion in the pharynx and may have coarse tracheal breathing sounds and other related symptoms. 3. When doing auxiliary tests, blood tests for allergic rhinitis generally do not indicate changes in lymphocytes, neutrophils and so on, but may show changes in eosinophils, and allergen testing generally detects allergens and an increase in the concentration of lgE antibodies. Allergens are generally not present and IgE does not appear significantly elevated, blood tests generally show that patients can have lymphocytes and other manifestations of viral infections.
