There are 7 questions in C-ACT, the first 4 questions are answered by the baby looking at the picture, each question has 4 levels of score from 0 to 3, 0 is the worst, 3 is the best; the last 3 questions are answered by the parents, each question has 6 levels of score from 0 to 5, 0 is the worst, 5 is the best, the questionnaire scores 27 points.
Below 20 points – your asthma is not under control, come to the doctor and make a suitable asthma treatment plan for you
21-22 points – partial control, but not complete control, need to follow up regularly and adjust the medication according to the doctor’s requirements.
