The nature of lumbar disc herniation (cervical spondylosis osteophyte vertebral slippage spinal stenosis), after 30 years of our observation of cervical and lumbar spondylosis, we found seven phenomena that are worth thinking about: 1, some elderly people, lumbar spine CT shows: lumbar disc herniation; cervical spine X-ray shows: cervical spondylosis. However, there are no corresponding symptoms. 2, lumbar disc herniation and cervical spondylosis cured patients, after before and after CT, X-ray comparison, before and after there is no change, but the symptoms do eliminate. 3.If the symptoms are caused by herniated discs and hyperplasia, then surgery to remove the herniated discs and hyperplasia, the corresponding symptoms should be eliminated; the fact is that most of the results are not satisfactory, and even some symptoms just do not improve. 4, there are some patients with the same symptoms as the symptoms of lumbar disc herniation, CT results: the disc has lesions, but the lesioned disc does not compress the dural sac or spinal nerve roots at all, but the symptoms of compression of the dural sac or spinal nerve roots. 5.CT and X-ray of cervical and lumbar spine show: straightening of curvature; there is no disc protrusion or hyperplasia, but the symptoms are the same as lumbar disc protrusion and cervical spondylosis, and its further development, that is, lumbar disc protrusion and cervical spondylosis. 6, the symptoms of myofasciitis of the cervical and lumbar back, and lumbar disc protrusion, cervical spondylosis basically the same, its further development that is lumbar disc protrusion, cervical spondylosis; almost all lumbar disc protrusion, cervical spondylosis have myofasciitis in the early stage, from this phenomenon can be seen more muscle layer to bone layer lesion development. 7, trauma, such as: car accident, resulting in lumbar disc herniation, lumbar leg muscles before the trauma is not damaged, we observed that the treatment of this case, the effect is fast and stable, we analyze and compare, the reason is that there is no damage to the muscles before the car accident. Three conclusions are drawn from these seven phenomena: 1, there is a herniated or proliferated disc or slipped disc, not necessarily symptomatic. 2, there are symptoms, not necessarily a lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis, slippage. 3, muscle lesions and bone lesions have a certain sequential relationship (except for trauma), with muscle lesions first, followed by bone lesions. From these seven phenomena and three conclusions we deduce that: 1, the disease is in the intervertebral disc, osteophytes, vertebral slippage, and the disease is in the muscles and ligaments. 2, the symptoms or lesions of the two stages (levels): ① the first stage is the muscle, ligament layer, ② the second stage is the bone layer (disc protrusion, hyperplasia, vertebral body slippage). The further development of the first stage is the second stage; the second stage is a serious development of the first stage. Its treatment difficulty also increases layer by layer, which is the reason why it is easy to cure the cervical and lumbar spondylosis that you just got and difficult to cure the multiple recurrence. The essence of cervical and lumbar spondylosis is: the disease is in the bone, the disease is in the muscle. After solving the lesion of the muscle, the symptoms of the bone will be lifted.
