Invasive breast cancer with two positives and one negative is a relatively less malignant type, but whether it is serious or not has to be judged according to the patient’s pathological stage. Invasive breast cancer is a common type of malignant tumor of the breast. The so-called “two-positive and one-negative” refers to the molecular typing of breast cancer as estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor positive and HER2 (Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2) negative, which is the type of breast cancer for about 60% of breast cancer patients, and the prognosis of this type of breast cancer is significantly better than that of triple-negative and HER2-positive breast cancers. To determine the severity of breast cancer, in addition to molecular staging, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the patient’s clinical stage, age, menstrual status, mass size, histologic grade, vascular embolism, lymph node status, and whether there are distant metastases and other risk factors. Prognostic assessment based on molecular typing of hormone receptor positivity only indicates a relatively good prognosis, but is not an objective and comprehensive evaluation. It is recommended to follow the doctor’s instructions and actively cooperate with the treatment to improve the prognosis.
