In general, cutaneous mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome is characterized by high fever, papules, conjunctival congestion, internal oral abnormalities, and cervical lymph enlargement. 1. High fever: Fever is the first manifestation of this disease, and the temperature may exceed 39 degrees, usually lasting for more than 5 days. 2. papules: after a few days of fever, patients will have macular papules of different sizes on the trunk, which are painless, itchless, vesicular and crustless. 3. Conjunctival congestion: patients may have conjunctival congestion, especially the bulbar conjunctiva is more serious. 4. Internal oral abnormalities: patients may have congestion of the lips and oral mucosa, and their tongues may be prune tongue. 5. Enlarged lymph nodes in the neck: bilateral lymph nodes in the neck are enlarged without pain and will subside after a few days.
