Repeated fetal arrest may be caused by abnormal embryonic development, maternal factors and paternal factors. 1. Abnormal embryonic development: the most common is chromosomal abnormality, including chromosome number abnormality and chromosome structure abnormality, mostly suggesting 18-trisomy, 21-trisomy, 13-trisomy, chromosome translocation, deletion and chimerism, and so on. 2. Maternal factors: (1) systemic diseases: when the mother is combined with thrombophilia, hypertension and other diseases, it can cause repeated fetal arrest. (2) Endocrine abnormalities: such as hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia, diabetes mellitus, blood sugar control is not stable may also cause recurrent fetal arrest. (3) Abnormal immune function: such as the combination of antiphospholipid syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, dry syndrome, undifferentiated connective tissue disease and other rheumatic immune diseases, can also cause recurrent fetal arrest. 3. Paternal factors: such as chromosomal abnormalities of sperm can also cause recurrent fetal arrest. In clinical practice, when recurrent fetal arrest occurs, we need to identify the cause under the guidance of the doctor and actively treat it.
