Is the dryness and crusting of eczema a sign of improvement?

Eczema closing up and crusting is a sign of improvement. Most eczema is caused by allergic factors such as localized skin papules, papules, small blisters or itching. By applying eczema cream locally, or by combining oral antihistamines, the symptoms can generally be effectively relieved. When eczema improves there will be a color change from red to dark red to brown, which indicates that the inflammation is in remission. If the previous symptoms of dry skin, flaking and local itching are significantly relieved, accompanied by the drying and crusting of blisters, or the rash is significantly reduced in scope, the height of the rash is gradually flattened, and the patient is in good spirits, this usually indicates that the eczema is improving. The local skin should not be wet after the eczema has dried up and crusted, and the crust should not be forcibly peeled off, and the diet should not be spicy and irritating to prevent the eczema from being stimulated and breaking down again after crusting.
