Next is exercise therapy, physical exercise is necessary, but there is no particular fixed pattern, tai chi is the most suitable exercise for Parkinson’s disease patients, but also in the company of family members can adhere to walk for more than half an hour every day. In addition, some simple exercises such as relaxation and breathing exercises, facial movement exercises, head and neck exercises, trunk and limb exercises, etc. can be performed in moderation. In addition, diet therapy, a balanced diet rich in nutrients can meet the needs of Parkinson’s disease patients, there is no special need to contraindicate or excessive food, food should focus on diversity, diverse food can provide a variety of nutrients, but also make the diet itself is rich in fun. Since the protein content of food may have an effect on the efficacy of levodopa medication, it is recommended that a protein-rich diet be arranged in the evening to avoid affecting the effect of medication during the day. The last point is cleanliness therapy. Long-term bedridden patients should strengthen their living care, pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, turn and pat their backs regularly to prevent complications such as decubitus pneumonia and bed sore infection.
