Language rehabilitation

  The rehabilitation of aphasia focuses on the retraining of speech, which is commonly used: 1) Auditory speech stimulation method: the speech therapist treats the patient.      (1) training of the phonological muscles: make the patient pronounce “ah” or lip-sound training, or induce pronunciation by coughing, blowing paper, blowing out matches, etc. The lip-sound of aphasic patients is most easily recovered; (2) mirror training: aphasic patients first pronounce or speak vocabulary with the next person, and with the help of visual observation, observe the position of phonological organs during training in the mirror (3) Articulation training: let the patient listen to the first half of a common sentence and make him/her say the second half; (4) Repetition training: let the patient repeat numbers, words or phrases; (5) Listening to pictures, objects and words: let the patient execute the oral command to look at pictures, objects and name them; (6) Reading and writing training: let the patient with aphasia read the words, let the patient with aphasia dictate, copy (6) Reading and writing training: let patients with reading loss read, let patients with writing loss dictate, copy, write, and mime.  (2) Procedural learning method is to use indirect informal dialogue for speech therapy.      The main methods are: (1) fractional method: let patients say homophonic words as much as possible, using the same word to form different words or phrases, etc., in order to expand and strengthen the use of word reproduction and semantic response ability, applicable to light aphasia; (2) central content discussion method: training content focused on a certain topic, the purpose is to improve the speech expression ability.
