Take 1 time in the morning and 1 time in the evening, 10 days as a course of treatment. It is suitable for people with deficiency of kidney energy and deficiency of kidney essence.  (3) Chestnut Boil and dry raw chestnut, take 5-10 pieces daily in empty heart. 10 days as a course of treatment. It is suitable for those with kidney deficiency and weakness of the waist and knees.  (4) Poria congee Poria 60g, 100g of round-grained rice, boil porridge with food, once a day. This formula can reduce hyperuricemia and prevent gout attacks.  (5) lily porridge lily 30g, 100g of round-grained rice, boil porridge for internal consumption, once a day. Lilies are sweet and slightly cold in nature, moisten the lungs and clear the heart, and the main component contains colchicine, which can reduce the symptoms of gout.  (6) Papaya Coix Seed Soup 10g of papaya, 30g of coix seeds, fry together until coix seeds are cooked, add 1 tbsp of sugar and take internally once a day. It can reduce hyperuricemia and prevent gout attacks.  (7) 1/2 lemon, 5 fat sea, 12g chebulo, add 2000ml of water, decoct and remove the dregs to take internally as tea, it can alkalize urine and is used as an adjunctive treatment for uric acid nephropathy.  (8) Amaranthus officinalis 500g, boiled in soup for internal use. It has the effect of clearing heat and dispelling dampness, and is used for the adjunctive treatment of uric acid nephropathy.
