Nodules in the lungs are not serious. Pulmonary nodules may be inflammatory, tuberculosis, or tumors. The nature of the nodule can be determined from the morphology of the nodule. If the nodules in the lung have distinctive features, ground glass-like nodules with blood vessels crossing in the middle and clear boundaries around the ground glass-like, it should be considered that adenocarcinoma in situ belongs to stage 0 and can be completely cured after surgery. Some nodules with mixed density shadow are also considered as early stage adenocarcinoma, which are microinvasive adenocarcinoma and can be completely cured after surgery. There are also some solid nodules in the infiltrative stage, usually less than 1 cm in diameter, which can also be cured without radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Therefore, all malignant nodules can be cured after surgery. Nodules and inflammation will be cured fundamentally with symptomatic treatment, so lung nodules are not serious.
