How to eliminate acne on the face?

Earlier we talked about the different forms of acne, acne is one of them, and it is also the acne with the mildest symptoms and the most easily ignored. Acne has little impact on image and is not easily detected, so people generally ignore it. However, this stage of acne requires the most treatment. Acne is usually treated with topical retinoic acid (also known as retinoic acid), which is a non-hormonal medication for acne and should not be used when acne becomes inflamed and turns into a papule or pustule. Inflammatory acne requires aggressive anti-inflammatory treatment. Waiting until the inflammation subsides and the acne flattens before using retinoic acid will not only help get rid of acne marks, but also prevent acne from recurring in the original area. Acne is formed when the epithelium of the hair follicle is abnormally keratinized and clogs the pores. Therefore, by using retinoic acid to promote normalization of follicular epithelial keratinization and the opening of hair follicles, you can achieve the goal of treating acne. The effect of retinoic acid is not obvious within a short period of time. For mild and superficial acne, it should be used continuously for 1 month; for severe acne, it should be used continuously for about 1-3 months. The following precautions should be taken when using retinoic acid: 1. Dot application: retinoic acid is in the form of cream or gel. Retinoic acid has a stimulating effect on the skin, and when applied to a large area, it will stimulate the surrounding normal skin and cause local redness, so choosing a small-tipped cotton swab can narrow the scope of medication and prevent the medication from being applied too much to stimulate the surrounding normal skin. This is within the tolerable range of the patient. The medication is applied until the acne disappears, and then a period of time until the skin approaches its normal color. Choose a low concentration drug: The concentration of retinoic acid should not be too high, usually 0.025% retinoic acid is used to avoid stimulating the skin to destroy the skin barrier. 2, night use: retinoic acid has photosensitivity, after a long time of sunlight or light exposure, the drug will accelerate the oxidation, the formation of pigmentation, so patients can only be applied at night. It is recommended that patients dab retinoic acid on their acne every night after washing their face and absorb it before skincare. For those who work at night, you can choose to apply it during the day before resting and just do a good job of avoiding light. 3. Retinoids are teratogenic to the fetus, even if they are topical: they should not be used by patients who are preparing to have a baby or who have acne during pregnancy. There is a misconception here that patients always wait until they are pregnant and then stop using the medication, which is wrong. As soon as you plan to have a baby, you must stop using the medication. In general, patients using retinoic acid, if their symptoms do not worsen, just wait until the medication runs out and then go to the hospital for a review; if any uncomfortable symptoms occur during the medication, you can always seek medical attention. Patients with blackhead pimples can go to the hospital to clean up their pimples if they feel that it affects their image, but do not squeeze them yourself. If the acne is stubborn and the use of retinoic acid is not effective, you can consider fruit acid peeling or laser treatment. In addition to treating acne, retinoic acid can also be used for maintenance treatment of acne. Many patients have acne that recurs in the original area. Therefore, continued use for a period of time on skin that has had acne and redness, or spot application 1-2 times a week can be used as a preventative treatment.
