Zedoary, Mutong, Psyllium seeps dampness and drains heat, conducts heat downward; Angelica sinensis, Radix et Rhizoma Shengdi nourishes blood and nourishes yin, and the evil goes away without hurting yin and blood. Chai Hu relaxes the Qi of the liver meridian and draws all the herbs to the liver meridian; Licorice harmonizes all the herbs (harmonizing the medicinal properties of different herbs).
This formula should not be used in cases of deficiency and coldness in the spleen and stomach, and the precautions and adverse effects are not yet clear.
