The principle of using chemotherapy drugs for patients with squamous lung cancer is a two- or three-drug combination regimen based on platinum. The common drug of choice for squamous lung cancer is gemcitabine combined with platinum such as cisplatin, carboplatin and loplatin. Treatment regimens vary in usage, with docetaxel combined with platinum being preferred. Gemcitabine is administered on day 1 and day 8, and platinum can be administered on day 1 or separately. Paclitaxel and docetaxel 2 drugs are both dosed on day 1. 1 cycle of 21 days. It is commonly used for 4-6 cycles, about 3-4 months.
