What is the difference between benign and malignant ultrasound of lymph nodes

Lymphatic ultrasound is a common examination and can be divided into benign and malignant according to the nature of the lymph nodes, with the following differences: 1. Benign lymph nodes have clear borders, regular shape and clear lymphatic portal structure, while malignant lymph node lesions are often irregular in shape and the lymphatic portal structure is blurred or even disappears. 2. Look at the patient. Patients with benign lymph node lesions usually do not show fatigue, night sweats, weight loss, etc., and the lymph nodes have slight pressure pain and relatively soft texture; while patients with malignant lymph nodes will have wasting, fatigue, etc., and the lymph nodes are hard and usually have no pressure pain.
