Pearl-like papules are a relatively common disease among male patients, and this condition is mainly common in men with long foreskin and prepuce. Due to long foreskin and circumcision, some secretions will form around the coronal groove after a long time, and these secretions will stimulate the glans and form a circle of small pearl-like granular substances in the glans area. These substances tend to be smaller and asymptomatic, and it is more red or pale in color. The pearly papules in this case do not require special treatment, and the pearly papules should be completely improved by having surgery to remove the excessively long foreskin or prepuce that caused them.
