Can malignant melanoma of the nasal skin be cured?

Cutaneous malignant melanoma originating in the nose is also a type of cutaneous malignancy. If it is very early stage, there is a possibility of radical treatment, mainly through extended surgical excision, together with regional lymph node dissection. There is a possibility that a nasal defect will remain after surgery, requiring plastic surgery repair, flap transfer repair, or dilator embedding followed by nasal repair. The postoperative period is also combined with bioimmunotherapy. Malignant melanoma is prone to early hematogenous metastasis and is more difficult to treat, but do not give up treatment. If it is treatable, it is still necessary to adhere to the treatment. Of course, if it is more advanced and metastasis is widespread when it is found, there is no way to cure it, but only to try to alleviate the pain and prolong the survival treatment.
