Is Hepatitis B 1.5 positive serious?

If the patient has hepatitis B one or five positive, it is impossible to judge the severity of the disease only by this index, and it is necessary to further improve the liver function, hepatitis B viral load, liver ultrasound and other related tests, and combined with the patient’s clinical symptoms, in order to make a comprehensive judgment. Hepatitis B 1.5 positive refers to hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and core antibody (anti-HBc) positivity, which is also known as hepatitis B “small two yang”. Hepatitis B 1.5 positivity indicates a shift in the immune status of hepatitis B. It may be an intermediate stage in the transition between hepatitis B teratitis B and hepatitis B mini-teratitis B. The next step may be an aggravation of the condition, either from hepatitis B mini-teratitis B to hepatitis B teratitis B or from hepatitis B teratitis B to hepatitis B mini-teratitis B, and this phenomenon lasts for a varying period of time. If the patient is positive for hepatitis B I or V, but liver function is normal, liver ultrasound does not show any obvious abnormality, and there is no family history of hepatocellular carcinoma or cirrhosis, etc., it is recommended to have regular rechecks regardless of the level of hepatitis B viral load. If liver function abnormality occurs occasionally, timely medical treatment can be carried out to protect the liver and symptomatic treatment. If the liver function is abnormal repeatedly, the degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis is high, or in the immune clearance period, it is recommended to carry out anti-hepatitis B virus treatment in time.
