Does raw cactus cure lung cancer?

Eating raw cactus not only cannot treat lung cancer, but also may cause damage to the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and digestive tract. Lung cancer is mainly treated by surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
At present, cactus has not been clinically found to inhibit the proliferation of lung malignant tumor cells, nor has it been proven to improve the prognosis of lung cancer patients. Moreover, the thorns on the surface of cactus are relatively sharp, and if eaten without authorization, cactus can also damage the mucous membrane of the oral cavity and esophagus, resulting in bleeding, pain and other uncomfortable symptoms. Therefore, lung cancer patients cannot be treated by eating raw cactus.
At present, patients with lung cancer are mainly treated by surgical resection of the lesion and cleaning of the surrounding lymph nodes according to the metastasis of the tumor. After surgery, radiation therapy or systemic chemotherapy can be carried out according to the removal of the lesion, so as to remove the tiny lesions that were not found during the surgery.
For those who cannot tolerate surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy can also be applied depending on the condition of the patient to prolong life expectancy.
It is suggested that lung cancer patients should take standardized treatment under the guidance of doctors, and should not listen to any “biased prescription” without authorization.
