Cerebral blood supply insufficiency with dizziness and headache is mostly caused by cerebral atherosclerosis, cervical spondylosis, heart disease and so on. If cerebral blood supply insufficiency is caused by atherosclerosis in cerebral blood vessels, lipid regulating and stabilizing drugs, such as atorvastatin and resuvastatin, can be given. 3. If the insufficient blood supply to the brain is caused by certain heart diseases, such as heart failure, it is usually necessary to use diuretics, such as furosemide, cardiotonic drugs, such as digitalis, and nitrate vasodilators.
