Glioma grade 3 usually does not live for 10 years. Glioma is divided into grade 1, grade 2, grade 3 and grade 4 glioma in order of malignancy, among which grade 3 and grade 4 glioma belong to high grade glioma, the malignancy of which is very high, the tumor is growing fast, and there is no obvious boundary with the surrounding brain tissue, so it is impossible to remove the whole tumor after surgery, and the tumor will recur after surgery. Eventually, the patient will die from recurrence of tumor, extensive intracranial infiltration, destruction of brain tissue function, and death from respiratory and circulatory failure.
