The use of the antigen kit includes sample collection, sample processing and sample testing.
1. Sample collection: Wipe your nose clean before sample collection, then open the package of the nasal swab without touching the head of the swab.
Put one side of the swab against the inside of the nostril along the nasal passages after reaching 1-1.5 centimeters, and then rotate the swab against the nasal cavity more than 4 times, staying not less than 15 seconds, and then repeat the operation with another swab in the other nasal cavity.
2. Sample processing: Put the nasal swab collected into the sampling tube immediately, and the swab head should be put into the preservation liquid and rotated and mixed for more than 30 seconds, and then squeeze the collection tube equipped with the swab head by hand for more than 5 times. Squeeze the liquid from the swab head through the collection tube and finally discard the swab.
3. Sample testing: After tightening the cap of the sampling tube, drop the liquid vertically into the sample hole of the test card. Wait about ten minutes and judge the result according to the instructions.
