Tadalafil tablets may be taken on demand, i.e. before sexual intercourse, but the maximum recommended frequency for most patients is once daily. It can also be taken daily and is recommended to be taken at the same time each day, regardless of when you have sex. Tadalafil tablets are used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men and are available in both of the above dosage regimens, which should be prescribed by a physician after weighing the risks and benefits of the drug in light of the patient’s specific situation. It should be noted that some patients may experience migraine, visual field loss, seizures, transient amnesia, chest pain, palpitations, myocardial infarction and hypersensitivity reactions after taking this product. In addition, this product should be contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to tadalafil or who are taking any form of nitrates, either regularly and/or intermittently administered.
