There are no specific symptoms in the early stage of urological tumor. The possible symptoms include: 1. pain in the area where the tumor is located, such as low back pain, pain in the ureter, pain in the small abdomen, pain in the external genital area, etc. The pain is mild at first and appears intermittently or occasionally. When the size of tumor increases further, the pain may become persistent. 2. Hematuria, when the tumor gradually grows and damages the surrounding tissues, it may cause bleeding. Patients may have transient hematuria, usually without any pain and urinary tract irritation symptoms. When the tumor progresses further, it will show persistent carnal hematuria. 3. Symptoms of local obstruction, when tumor occurs in urinary system, it can cause poor drainage of urine and local obstruction. The symptoms of tumor complications include decreased diet, weight loss, or fatigue and weakness.
