What’s wrong with chills and sweating?

Coldness and sweating may be related to Yang deficiency, but the exact cause needs to be determined in conjunction with the patient’s other symptoms. In addition to the symptoms of chills and sweating, patients with yang deficiency also suffer from pallor (white color and lack of luster), shortness of breath and laziness, mental fatigue, clear urine and loose stools (scanty and unshaped feces), pale tongue, thin moss, and weak or large, feeble pulse. Patients with yang deficiency should pay attention to keeping warm. The abdomen and back, belly, waist, feet and legs are the focus of warmth, and women should avoid wearing navel dresses and short skirts and shorts. Summer should not be in the air-conditioned room for a long time, usually can choose aerobic mild exercise. If the symptoms of chills and sweating are not relieved for a long time, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time.
