People who have New Guan are categorized into mild and asymptomatic, common type and critically ill infected persons, who will recover or have sequelae or even die.
1. Mild and asymptomatic, due to relatively low viral load in the body or strong autoimmunity, generally do not show more serious manifestations of infection, and after intensive isolation and observation are generally able to recover on their own.
2. Common type, i.e. infected patients with clear fever, cough, fatigue and other infectious manifestations, requiring intensive isolation and treatment, most of which can be cured, but may have a certain degree of sequelae, such as respiratory difficulties, pulmonary fibrosis and so on.
3. Critically ill infected persons, mainly concentrated in the presence of serious underlying diseases or older infected persons, such groups have a relatively high mortality rate, and relatively few are completely cured and recovered.
