More than 16.5 million people suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. In Asia, 1 in 6 people suffer from arthritis. The latest statistics show that the number of people with arthritis in China has exceeded 100 million and is increasing. Osteoarthritis can affect all parts of a joint, causing muscle pain, inflammation or limited mobility. The disease is most prevalent in middle-aged and elderly people, and the incidence increases with age. According to statistics, 50% of people over the age of 50 have osteoarthritis, and 90% of women and men over the age of 65 have the disease. Gout is an imperial disease that has been around since ancient times and is a metabolic disease caused by diet and unhealthy sex life. Eating seafood, animal offal, plus drinking alcohol, which is very easy to get this disease. Therefore normal young men are not ground, women are not allowed, and eunuchs are not allowed. Because the sexually transmitted diseases accompanied by arthritis, and red eye, urethritis some are also symptoms of arthritis disease, but our hospitals are not yet combined in one place to treat these 3 kinds of inflammation of the specialist. Now that life is better, it is important to pay attention to scientific diets and healthy lifestyles. For the sake of taste, or irregular work and rest, morning and evening reversal, are self-inflicted behavior. People in their 30s are likely to suffer from bone spurs or osteoarthritis, and currently 10% of people in China suffer from osteoarthritis; 4 out of 1000 people suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, and people aged 35 to 50 are most likely to get it, and the chance of women getting it is three times higher than that of men. Once you get the disease, it is like a life sentence. Wear high heels often may cause knee arthritis. American scientists have recently warned that women who like to wear high heels, because of excessive pressure on the knee joint, long-term, will appear degenerative knee arthritis, doctors recommend that women wear less beautiful, have to wear, should avoid squatting and kneeling or climbing stairs action. Or because wearing high heels can make the posture look more graceful, or because wearing high heels can make yourself “longer” taller …… so high heels have become one of the many women indispensable dress up. The high heels have become an indispensable part of many women’s outfits, but they are not known for their long term dance with high heels, and must pay the price of “pain”. Researchers at Harvard Medical School investigated healthy women in their thirties, wearing wide heels and fine heels, and photographed their foot movement and force, and found that the two groups of women produced almost the same pressure on their knee joints. Fine heels put 26% more pressure on the knee joint, while wide heels increased by about 22%. This pressure will cause the cartilage in the knee to wear down, gradually leading to osteoarthritis in the long run. Not only that, high heels also cause ankle sprains, long corns and inflammation of the toe risk. Sports medicine experts also believe that women often wear high heels, for the foot is not very healthy, because high heels are usually not laced, the shoe opening is relatively large, the shoes worn will usually be a little smaller than the foot, in order to prevent walking shoes loose, women usually use the front and rear ends of the foot stuck in the shoe, resulting in the phenomenon of foot compression. In addition, the front end of high heels are generally designed to look sharp, which can easily cause pressure on the toes, resulting in bunions or small toe deformation. Over time, remove the shoes, the deformation still exists, and even in the lower part of the foot will produce calluses, commonly known as “corns”, not only the foot skin cuticle thickening, but also the root cause of pain. Whether it’s fine heels or wide heels, wearing them for too long is the enemy of women’s knees, causing pressure on women’s kneecaps and femurs (the part where the thigh bone and pelvis meet), increasing the wear and tear on the arthritic surface and leading to early arrival of degenerative knee arthritis. Clinically, many women have degenerative arthritis at the age of 40, most of which are related to long-term high heels. According to statistics, women who wear high heels and often climb stairs have three times the pressure on their knee joints than their body weight; when wearing high heels down the stairs, it can increase by seven to nine times, which shows the danger of high heels to health. If you have to wear high heels for a formal occasion, experts recommend that women avoid squatting and kneeling or climbing stairs, and do not choose activities that have a greater impact on the knee, as long as these small details can effectively avoid degenerative knee osteoarthritis in advance; a pair of low-heeled or flat heels can help protect the knee cartilage and keep away from the pain.
