Nasopharyngoscopy can detect nasopharyngeal cancer. Usually, it needs to be diagnosed comprehensively by combining with other examinations such as CT and serologic test. Nasopharyngeal cancer may be related to EBV infection, family heredity, bad dietary habits and other factors. 1. Nasopharyngoscopy: nasopharyngeal cancer is most common in pharyngeal crypt and anterior wall of nasopharyngeal apex. Through nasopharyngoscopy, the whole nasopharynx can be observed, which can not only observe small lesions in early stage, but also take tissues from lesions, which is of great significance in confirming diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer. 2. CT: CT examination can check the location of nasopharyngeal cancer tumor and the relationship between the tumor boundary clarity and adjacent tissues, which is of great significance to the diagnosis of clinical staging. 3. Serological examination: nasopharyngeal cancer caused by EBV infection can be diagnosed by EBV serological examination. It is suggested that patients should go to professional hospitals as early as possible to get a clear diagnosis and early treatment to prevent delaying the condition.
