Can you have children without testicles?

The absence of testicles in the scrotum may be cryptorchidism, which can still be fertile if treated in time. Excluding cryptorchidism, unilateral loss of testicles usually does not affect fertility, while bilateral loss of testicles usually does not allow fertility.
Fertility is the development of a fertilized egg into an embryo and delivery, based on the combination of sperm and egg, sperm is produced by the male testes, if the loss of a single testicle, the other side of the testicle is normal, there is still a chance to produce sperm, fertility will still be possible; if both testicles are missing, then it is impossible to produce sperm, it is impossible to procreate.
The first thing to do is to go to the hospital to find out whether it is cryptorchidism or absence of testicles, and the former may get better after treatment. If you are infertile and want to have a child, you can go to a sperm bank to apply for a child, or you can adopt a child through formal adoption procedures.
