This is a common complication after pelvic lymphatic dissection, mainly caused by poor lymphatic flow in the lower extremities and vulva, and is more obvious when standing or sitting for a long time or when rising in the morning. In case of combined infection, local pain with fever and redness will occur, and symptomatic anti-inflammatory treatment is needed. At present, there is no particularly effective treatment method, so we should pay attention to the maintenance of the lower limbs, avoid standing for a long time, and elevate the lower limbs when sitting down to facilitate the venous return of the lower limbs and reduce swelling. Also avoid skin breakdown and infection of the lower limbs to avoid inducing vasculitis. For sudden lower limb swelling with localized pressure pain, be alert to lower limb venous thrombosis, feasible lower limb vascular ultrasound examination, and if necessary, consult with vascular surgery.
