Is lymphatic follicle formation a cancer?

Lymphatic follicle formation is not a sign of cancer. It is a chronic reactive proliferation of lymphocytes, mostly found in the tonsillar region of the pharynx, usually due to inflammation of the lymph or lymph nodes. If the patient has chronic pharyngitis or other diseases, it can stimulate the formation of lymphatic follicles in the pharynx and cause foreign body sensation in the pharynx, and some patients may also have dry cough and tingling in the pharynx, which is not harmful to the body. However, the formed lymphatic follicles usually do not disappear on their own, and for patients with mild symptoms, no special treatment is usually required. For patients with more severe symptoms, the primary disease needs to be treated in a timely manner, and can be effectively cured by medical advice or through nebulized inhalation treatment, and if necessary, surgical removal treatment such as microwave or laser is feasible. After the formation of lymphatic follicles, there is less chance of cancer in the future. Patients should drink more water, quit smoking and drinking, eat a light diet and get more rest.
