How long does it take to recover from lymphatic follicular hyperplasia?

The recovery time of lymphatic follicular hyperplasia is related to the specific condition of the patient and cannot be generalized. Lymphatic follicular hyperplasia is a benign lesion. Under normal circumstances, lymphatic follicles are not obvious, but when a patient has inflammation in the pharynx, they will proliferate and hypertrophy, which is known as lymphatic follicular hyperplasia. Most patients usually do not need clinical intervention, and the hyperplastic lymphoid follicles usually shrink after the irritants disappear, such as acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis causing lymphoid follicular hyperplasia. The inflammation can subside after a week of treatment, and the follicles will reduce or disappear after the inflammation subsides. However, in some patients, the long-term presence of stimulation can lead to lymphatic follicular hyperplasia, which can significantly affect the quality of life, and local radiofrequency therapy and microwave therapy can be performed to reduce the symptoms. In addition, patients should pay attention to using their voices carefully during the period of voice change, menstruation and cold, not to shout loudly, and to enhance nutrition, improve physical fitness and avoid stimulating food to prevent lymphatic follicular hyperplasia.
