Can Walking Eliminate Atrial Fibrillation

Walking will not eliminate atrial fibrillation. Atrial fibrillation, also called atrial fibrillation, is a loss of regular and orderly contraction of the atria, resulting in a rapid and irregular heart rate. Typical symptoms of patients with atrial fibrillation include panic, dyspnea, discomfort in the precordial area, fatigue, dizziness and blackouts (a sudden feeling of blackness in front of the eyes). Common causes of atrial fibrillation include organic heart disease (e.g. coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart valve disease, cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, etc.), high blood pressure and other underlying diseases such as hyperthyroidism. There are also some causes of atrial fibrillation that are still unclear, which can occur during emotional stress, surgery, overwork or heavy alcohol consumption. Currently, the treatment of atrial fibrillation is based on medications such as amiodarone, propafenone, metoprolol, warfarin, and aspirin. Surgery (e.g., surgical labyrinthine surgery), synchronized direct current resuscitation therapy, and radiofrequency ablation therapy are also used to treat atrial fibrillation. Atrial fibrillation cannot be eliminated by walking. If you need to treat atrial fibrillation, you should go to a regular hospital, under the guidance of a professional doctor to standardize the treatment, do not blindly self-treatment, so as not to aggravate the condition.
