How to normalize the leftward deviation of the cardiac axis?

Left deviation of electrocardiogram is generally influenced by the position of the heart in the chest cavity, the function of the intracardiac conduction system, and factors such as age and body size. Physiologic left deviation does not require treatment, while pathologic left deviation should be treated.
Physiologic left deviation of ECG is caused by the different position of the heart in the chest cavity or the different body sizes of different individuals, and if it is not accompanied by organic heart disease, it usually does not require interventional treatment.
Pathological left deviation of ECG usually indicates left ventricular hypertrophy leading to myocardial ischemia, such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, myocardial disease, and certain congenital cardiovascular diseases, which may damage the left anterior branch of the heart’s conduction system and lead to left deviation of ECG. For the above diseases, appropriate treatment of the primary disease should be carried out.
It is recommended that when there is left deviation of ECG, one should go to the hospital in time to find out the cause of the disease and treat it.
