How to care for your baby’s milk teeth

The baby’s milk teeth are very important and the following aspects of milk teeth care should be noted: 1. Vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus are essential nutrients for dental development: “sunbathing” can promote vitamin D synthesis. 0 to 2 years old babies generally use vitamin AD preparations routinely to prevent rickets. Breast milk and infant formula are rich in calcium and phosphorus, which is an indispensable source of nutrition for the development of baby teeth. 2, reasonable feeding: timely addition of complementary foods to the baby, both to supplement nutrition, but also help the development of milk teeth. Eat more fibrous food and supplement protein, vitamin A, D, calcium and phosphorus in appropriate amount, which can improve the anti-cavity ability of teeth. 3.Dental bed exercise: give baby some hard food, such as cookie, dried bread, apple, pear, etc., which can not only exercise teeth but also increase nutrition. You can use the dental trainer made of silicone and let your baby chew it in your mouth to exercise your baby’s jawbone and dental bed, so that the teeth can be arranged neatly after eruption. 4, milk teeth cleaning: when the baby grows the first milk teeth, you should use clean gauze to help clean their teeth. After each nursing, after feeding and at night should let the mother use gauze wrapped around her finger to help scrub the baby’s gums and newly exposed baby teeth. After the age of two, prepare a small-headed soft toothbrush for your baby and teach him/her to brush his/her teeth twice in the morning and evening. You can also feed your baby some warm water after eating to play the role of rinsing the mouth, and you can also use 2% soda to clean the mouth after dinner every day to prevent bacteria from multiplying and occurring dental caries or oral infection. 5.Don’t ignore the dental checkup: After all the milk teeth erupt, it is better to give the baby an oral checkup once every six months.
