Is it true that 95% of chronic gastritis cures itself?

It is not true that 95% of chronic gastritis can be cured. Whether chronic gastritis can be cured depends on the type of gastritis and the cause of chronic gastritis, such as chronic superficial gastritis caused by long-term poor dietary habits of some patients can be cured, chronic atrophic gastritis can not be cured.
1. If chronic gastritis is caused by poor dietary habits, such as eating too cold, too hot, spicy and irritating foods, some patients can adjust their dietary structure, improve their bad eating habits, regular diet, etc., and generally can be cured.
2. For chronic superficial gastritis or chronic atrophic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori infection, it is generally difficult to be cured by regular treatment to remove the cause of the disease. Commonly used treatments include eradication of H. pylori treatment, the common clinical program for proton pump inhibitors (such as omeprazole) or bismuth (such as bismuth pectin) + two antibiotics (such as amoxicillin, metronidazole).
In case of the above diseases, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for early and regular treatment. All the above medications should be used under the guidance of a doctor or pharmacist, avoid self-medication.
