Tingling of the head and face may be induced by emotional factors, respiratory alkalosis and cerebrovascular disease.

3. Cerebrovascular disease: for example, cerebral infarction and a small amount of cerebral hemorrhage, etc., cerebral tissue ischemia and hypoxia, affecting the corresponding tissues, can cause unilateral numbness of the head and face, accompanied by speech impediment and limb weakness symptoms.
