What are the sequelae of pediatric anesthesia?

Question 1: Can I have surgery for pediatric anesthesia? Will I be able to walk normally after surgery? The earlier the correction of pediatric hemp deformity is done, the better the result. The treatment depends on the specific deformity and muscle strength to determine, the general principle is to correct the deformity, balance the muscle strength, equalize the limb and stabilize the joint. Sometimes one surgery does not solve all the problems, sometimes it takes two or three. The question about the results of surgery is not clear in one or two sentences, and it varies from person to person. The second question is sometimes difficult to answer. I mean, in general, it can only improve, and it is really difficult to reach the level of a normal person, but of course, there are some relatively light orthopedic walking is barely noticeable after. Question 2: What is the difference between pediatric palsy and cerebral palsy? The most important point in differentiating pediatric hemp from cerebral palsy is that pediatric hemp intelligence is generally normal, while cerebral palsy intelligence is affected to a certain extent. The results are relatively better after surgery for pediatric hemp and worse after surgery for cerebral palsy. I think of a patient who came from abroad, and after he came, the director said that this is cerebral palsy. The result of the surgery may not be too good, but the parents repeatedly requested to do it. After the surgery, a lengthening of the Achilles tendon and release of the adductor muscle were done, and the recent results were acceptable and the parents were satisfied, but after about six months, the patient came back to the clinic and the directors were discussing during the grand rounds that the most important thing for cerebral palsy is functional exercise, not surgery. So I suggest that we must find out whether it is pediatric hemp or cerebral palsy before surgery.
